Rental Rates
Booking:
A security deposit of £100 is required to book the cottage and full payment is required 1 month in advance of booking. Prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, heating and cleaning. The deposit will be refunded after your stay.
Pricing:
Available for up to 8 Adults. Well behaved pets welcome - surcharge of £30 per week.
Cottage rented Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am the day of departure unless alternative arival/departure times have been agreed by prior arrangement.
Includes:
- Beds made up on arrival.
- All utility costs and cleaning after your stay.
- Complimentary towels for 8 are available.
- A selection of cleaning products for your use to minimise wastage in this rural area.Winter months October- April a fuel supplement of £50 applies.
